looks like the system is a wee bit skewed here, banned means gone for long time to me, a proper title would be suspended for infraction but that's me, with my limited esl english knowledge

It seems to me it's more important to some mods as to who it has been directed at, there are certain members you can "speak no evil" to while they are free to troll as desired!

As a side note I have never seen Okokiak post anything mean or insulting to any member, if he did then I would suggest it was probably warrented!

No link, I've searched but to no avail. I noticed the mods have been deleting some threads and even some posts inside popular threads lately.

CGN isn't a democracy for sure and the mods have too much arbitrary powers IMHO.
 
I have to agree with the mods on this issue. Insults should NOT be tolerated on this or any other site. Behave like an adult & you will have not problems here.

There are insults and then there are insults, some people get all bent out of shape over a bit of ribbing, perhaps a new system with infraction points, suspensions, banning being a last resource, would work better for this place?
After all alienating and loosing a contributing member like Otokian, and even his friends, is pound foolish
