can't wait for my new rifle to show up! between this thing and a black bear the deer are not eatting my bait too well.

Just to make it worse Dave, here a snow camo that Corlane's did up for me almost 10 years ago. It was NICE.

I see a lot of .223 in this thread, but whenever anyone asks their opinion for a coyote round lots say you should go with the .22-250 for various reasons, seems like the .223 is still taking down yotes

It's good enough for killing people.

That snow camo is Awsome looking gun!!! I love it. Not only is it sweet it's practical

Our dedicated coyote guns are .243's... but we have taken many with 17 HMR's also... if we are going into brush or timber, we often grab the Hummer's instead of the .243's... particularly when we expect to have fox show up also...

Have a portable blind and an area where the buggers have been getting brave; no one's been hunting them.

Come Sunday going to try much luck with the old Russian cannon and see what's what in the book of who.

Theres too much snow here for me to want to head out.
I'd die if I had to walk the 100yrds to fetch a yote in knee high snow.

No pics yet but I picked up a Weatherby Vanguard in 22-250 with a Bushnell Legend 3x9. Not high end but it should certainly get the job done. Gonna finally sight it in on Saturday.
