Coyote shooters, does -15 cold affect POI

what about groups opening up or shrinking I encountered this once I do most of my load tinkering in the winter.For my one gun I made a new load that shot super in the winter.when spring came around took it out and yuk it chucked me out a couple of two inchers put in the old load shot great .Tryed em again next winter sub 1/2" WTF
