CQ 311 butt customizing

I would like to lengthen the pull and add a cheek piece to make my CQ more comfortable to shoot with a carry handle scope.

Are there any bolt on items that can be bought in Canada that don't involve changing the butt stock?

The A1 style stock that comes on the CQ311 is about 5/8" shorter than an A2 stock. Best bet is just to dump that garbage stock and get a good one. Bolt on cheek-pieces come up every once in a while on here... or you could get a Rooster33 cheekpiece (do a search and you'll see what I mean).
