CR speed hi torque sizing

Looking at ordering a CR Hi-Torque belt, have emailed and tried to call to dealers ( no response) about the sizing I'm getting conflicting info and would like to get it right the first time ( my shopping has to be done through Canada post due to location) so I don't want to have to send back if possible . Anybody who has one care to give their input? Thanks

a min 2" over waist size is good, i got 4 inches over just incase i drink and eat to much the previous night before a match lol

Pant size or actuall waist size?

I have a 33"-34" pant size and got the 36" belt and it fits nice. Like others said 2" over pant size.
