Cracker shells?

I'm wondering if cracker shells are legal in Canuckistan. Y'know - cracker shells; shotgun shells with a little firecracker instead of shot, and when you shoot 'em they fly out and pop in midair a short distance away and make a pretty loud (but relatively harmless) explosion, for mid-range pest control and such.

I'm wondering if they exist, and if it's possible to get some.
