Crap hunting show

I still laugh when I think about Red Fisher hoisting up his fake binoculars that were really a thermos for booze and unscrewing one of the eyepieces and then taking a big swig out of his binoculars.
Then he would look at the camera and give it a big wink as he wiped his mouth with his red plaid long sleeved wool shirt. LOL

At first i thought you just couldn't hear the voices but after I started thinking the whole show may have been french. what they did was dubbed the voices in. It was like watching one of those cheesy Chinese game shows that are dubbed over in english.

I find that unlike other canadian content trash. Wild TV is so bad I wont even let it contaminate my TV. Its a freakin embarrasment

I HATE the Dimestore Fisherman. That is the most annoying person I have ever seen. The whole show is him yelling "ON THE DIMESTORE FISHERMAN".

Not at all... I could not agree more and I have contacted them on more than one occasion to let them know what I think of their host and the show in general. I find it hard to say pile of **** and be polite at the same time :)

Wild TV has a few very bad shows, but I guess one has to take the good with the bad, just like everything in life...
 
I saw the Rackman today and actually liked it. But then I like killing moose so any moose hunting show is good for me. I get sick of seeing whitetail hunts in Texas.

I would pit the Dimetore Fisherman against that Officially Rugged twerp for "most annoying". I despise the "Drury" shows the most, though. I can't even stand the sight of those guys.
 
Rackman (Rheal Langlois ?) is ok, I have one of his DVD's. The dubbed english is pretty cheesy. I prefer to watch it in french....He be will in town on the 24th with his 76" Pope and young rack from the Yukon. I might buy a ticket and check it out.
 
A little off topic but some of guys may have seen the show The "Dimebag" Angler lol! By far the most embarassing fly fishing show I have ever seen in my life! Wish I had Wild TV, there are likely a few good shows still on there.
 
Anybody remember Bill Saiff and Rod & Reel? It was a long time ago and I was pretty young but I used to enjoy watching that one.

Yup...and Rod & Reel Streamside with Don Meisner(sp).

But the show that initially got me into hunting (and that I learned alot from) was Bill Saiff III's hunting show, Cabin Country. Great shows. :)
 
Pretty much anything beats "Camobooty Outdoors" which was summarily booted off the network after the "Pig-Stabbing-With-Giant-Knife" episode. I'd rather watch reruns that Buford-esque garbage like that.
