Cratex/Polishing rods for jewelling bolts

Im looking to add jewelling to my Ruger American bolt and need to find some cratex/abrasive rods to do as such. I heard between 1/4-3/8 dia and 120 grit or so and Im in NS.

Any leads would be appreciated.

Link are the cratex rods, although those brushes work too. I have used the brushes, i picked up cratex but havnt tried them yet.

for something rounded like a bolt the brushes will conform a bit better than the cratex, on flat surfaces the cratex is more precise. fiberglass rods can also be used.

Yes, for round items like bolts you want the brushes because the cratex rods won't give you a full circle. They are just little dremel brushes. It's best to buy them from Amazon 20 for $10. Put a small o-ring on the brush to help prevent "wayward" wires.

Check your local dental supply company

Ask your molar mechanic who he uses and if he will order you a box....they are about 1/10 the price of Brownell's and not bull#### getting them
Or. check out Aliexpress.
I just got some from Aliexpress and they were a couple of $ a dozen and it you buy a few more items, free postage.
