Haha love the translation:

This weapon combined with the astonishing aspect was manufactured by L. DOLNE in LIEGE starting from a patent deposited in 1869.
This curious revolver combining a firearm, a headache or American fist and a dagger was certainly more spectacular than really effective.
Its system with pin of small gauge and the too small blade was there probably for something.
Only the headache could have with the body with body, a certain effectiveness.
As for unfolding the weapon at the time of a surprised aggression, all the doubts are allowed with regard to the results
In spite of that manufacture out of steel and brass is extremely acceptable. Its current scarcity makes of it a very required part of the collectors.

Am I crazy or does it look reversed? Judging by the shape of the brass knuckles, wouldn't the revolver and knife be pointing at the user when deployed?

The revolver and knife go inside the hand when used as brass knuckles. When you fold the handgun out, you use the grip 'backwards' as the grip for the revolver, without putting your fingers through.

EDIT: Antique status?

Yeah, that's what I figured; still, I would've been nice to be able to "wear" the brass knuckle when shooting... Or maybe not, could hurt!

 "For sale- Belgian pocket revolver. Only fired once, by previous owner." (Bullet wound was not fatal but - malheureusement - the knife penetrated the heart when he fell.)

I bet Gunnar could fix that little problem and give it his famous "Armco tune". Add a set of tritium Novaks (well, maybe just a rear sight in this case) and you'll be all set on that frosty day in a hot place when we're allowed a CCW permit.
