I passed up a 6/8 pointer, and this one came out not more than a minute later...Guess he figured the little one got out OK, and with the dogs closing in he had no choice.....He was tying to get by about 75yds away through maple bush..First shot from my 25-06 found its mark dropping him....No sooner than he fell he was back up...One more follow up shot, and it was all over....
