Credit where credit's due - Westrifle

I found them to be fast and friendly. However, my '35 Izhevsk Hex came with some nasty scratches on the stock, from the poorly packed extra bits in the box.....

Same exact story here GREAT people to deal with and great service, just a 43 MN that was scratched during transport..still waiting for Canada Post claim to be figured out. They have been working on it, hope its figured out soon!

First of all I want to say thank you for all the guys who say good things about us. I just want to say that today I learned a new meaning of "SHILL" and for those who never doubt with us and don't know that we try our best to make our customers happy please be advise that in fact we do care about our customers.
As to shilling statement the only reason this person wrote about his experience is because he is happy with our service. CGN admins can check that this person does not have any ties to us except that he leaves 30 km away from us and he is one of our customers. On another note there is people that say good things about service with other CGN supporters here and it is not called shilling. Why would you claim that it is shilling when it came to westrifle.
I wish that every happy and unhappy customer wrote something here. Yes we had unhappy customers like every dealer in Canada, but I can count those on one of my hand. I contacted every one of those and tried to solve what ever they were unhappy with.If everyone who was happy with with us says one thing I am sure there is going to be well over 200 posts here.

Oh, you mean "shilling". LOL!
Nope, just a satisfied customer in Vancouver who think these guys deserve some good press.

Questar, ReliableGun and Frontierfirearms have been good to me too, but this was truly "above and beyond" type stuff.

Sincerely,

Yep i cant say enough about Westrifle , i had a problem with my rifle and they drove up to the Squamish range with 10 rifles and let me hand pick a replacement .. now thats service !

I live in ontario and recieved my sks faster from west rifle than my m14 that came from quebec. I think it was 4 days....pretty damn awesome i say :) and no issues

Btw, I received the tapco stock from Westrifle today at my office in downtown Vancouver (Paine Edmonds LLP). Dropped my '51 Tula in this evening, and it fits great. Very snug, looks good, handles nicely. That's less than 3 days from ordering to delivery. (Reliable is putting on the upper hand guard for me.)

BTW, I only swapped out the laminate stock b/c it was so loose it was drastically affecting accuracy (NB: Didn't buy this gun from Westrifle...in hindsight, I wish I had gone to them instead of Cabelas). Shimming it wasn't working anymore. Shame...but the Tapco stock seems to be the next best thing.

:D I'm very positive the "shill" comments were 100% in jest. I LOL'd like crazy when mlehtovaara posted.
Everyone here knows ur honest.

Here's an anti-shill comment.

When you consider how Westrifle packs their rifles, it's no surprise when one arrives damaged, but in cases like this Canada Post always gets blamed.
