Ya... that's the manufacturer, in the US. If you can deal with all the paperwork, and the manufacturer is willing to do the same, one can be had from them. From what I can tell, there are some available in Ontario from a couple of the more well known stores and they are all over $300 each.

cd.

Yes Henery also makes a good little rifle the "Mini Bolt"

I've actually handeled on of those and they are pretty good quality excellent sights on them too. They are available in Canada, SIR, Russel Sporting Goods in Calgary also ~200 mark

Yeah... try buying a nine year old kid a single shot after she's tried her friend's semi auto:rolleyes:

Take it from me. A single shot won't cut it...

I have to agree once they have tried the crack of a semi it is hard for them to want anything else. Though I tell them they have to earn the chance to use the semi.

I did the single shot thing a small cooey but the cocking handle is so stiff it's hard for them to use. I personally equate ease of use to saftey my boys (soon to be 11 and 9) can handle the box mag'ed bolt 22 way easier than the single cooey, to me that makes it safer.

If I did it again I would skip the singleshot and wait a year before the introduction.

Though we enjoy both now, archery was alot more fun when they were smaller.
