As long as the rounds pass the 'plunk' test in your barrel you should be OK. As for the jams, while the cast SWC bullet you are using is an excellent design, some guns just don't feed them as well as others, especially certain 1911s. And of course, quality mags will always help to minimize FTFs in any gun.Well I've loaded and shot about 200-250 rounds and only had 2 jams if I remember correctly, so it cant be all bad. I just thought something was up just because of the jump going into the die. I'll back the crimp off 1/4 turn to see if its changes anything.
