I have ordered some 300 grain Hunters supply bullets ( with the rebated base but no gas checks installled ) and some Hornady gas checks to try in my Whelan. I have never applied gas checks before.
The bullets a are .359 and I do not want to size them smaller.
What would be my best approach.
My options as I see it them are
1= order a custom .359 bullet sizing die from lee
2= order a die and .359 bushing kit from NOE
3= order a .338 Lee collet crimp bullet seating die

I did order a Whelan collet seating die but I would think that cannot be made to work. Perhaps I should get a .360 bullet sizing die
Does any body have any advice on the best way to go.
I at this point have no intention of boolit casting, just playing around. Of course, that could change.
I am leaning toward option 1 but would welcome any advice from more experienced loaders
Thanks in advance
