I’m having troubles reloading my .308. I am currently loading a 168 Sierra TMK over 43.3gr of 4064 with a COAL of 2.825. As a result I end up with a compressed load. The compression of the powder, over time, seems to be pushing my bullets out anywhere between .015 and .030 which affects my consistency. Is it okay to crimp a bullet with no canule? And if I do will it help keep my bullets seated at the proper depth?

You don't need a cannelure to crimp. Are you using a drop tube? It may help. This is the sort of application where the LEE FCD shines. It will crimp anywhere from a little to too much regardless of cannelure.
