Guys, I got this one in the EE forum.
What do you think will happen when I fire this classic old beauty?
I did good on this deal don't you think? Seller won't take it back even for money. I swapped a new Remington 710 for it, I think I made out like a bandit here.
You can't see down the barrel, but I am surely going to try firing it. It looks a lot like a "Newfie Rilfe" I saw when I was a kid. Anyone want to donate protective footwear for the test firing?

It would be interesting to try firing it...but I would only do that by "remote control". Clamp it into a vise, and tie a loooooooooooong string around the trigger, hide in the bushes and...:p

Seriously though - be careful.

Go Figure!! ......... A Caper maken fun of Newfies.

.

How was it describe in the EE

As the "greatest down hill shooter" LOL

Sorry to hear that anyone would rip you off here

Really makes me wonder

Best of luck and don't pull the trigger

Rob, I think I know what needs to be done with that rifle. An hour or so before firing it you should place a ###### pill into the rifle's chamber. Should clear the "condition" up.

Don't let him fool ya guys .............It comes with a mirror and is the premier, urban warfare, weapon of the "CBLA".

They used it for shooting around corners during the fabled seige of North Sydney :D

Rob, that's a handloading only proposition. PM me - I've got a stash of bullets for it.

P.S. bullet is shown up-side down.

Down with the causeway Bye!

I'm new to this gunsmithing stuff. But I think I its shooting low. I got some advice in the Gunsmith forum. Who needs training and equipement when you've got a big vice?
Kristian, I like the ###### idea but what if my hunting trip last longer than 4 hours? I'm sure glad you told me that though because the bottle of ###### on the dash of your truck the last time we were out made me a bit nervous. You must have one of these rifles too huh?!?!

Here is the CBLA issue tactical sidearm. Designed at a high level meeting in the Boonie. We have now found a need for a CBLA issue helmet, dimensions to be taken from the barrel of the sidearm.
