Hey guys, so I had a 12" DD Lite rail installed on my Armalite, along with a low pro gas block. After receiving the rifle bad, I had to readjust the rail due to it being slightly off center from the upper reciever, however, I noticed that the gas block was installed slightly off, about 1-3 degrees to the right 1 o'clock position. I haven't test fired anything yet because I am unsure if this will the safe or not. I am in no way an expert and I don't want to risk damaging my firearm. Is this normal and cause for concern? Or should I atleast test fire it? Thanks guys.

Most gas blocks have a .125" (1/8") hole in them, as such they allow for a rather generous amount of error in them to be installed and still function.

I would not be concerned about function or safety, but cosmetically it is annoying.

Even if the gas block shifts so far out that it is not lined up.... it is not a safety issue. Your rifle will just not cycle. You would have to manually rack the round after each shot.
