crosman 1377 1322 mounting a scope.

Hey CGNers,

I don't want to spend the money on a new and special breech,

so I bought those scope mounts that "clip" on to the barrel tube.

Unfortunately these mounts don't hold exactly and wobble ever so slightly.

I was wondering if any of you know how to overcome this in a inexpensive yet

effective manner?

Cut some cloth hockey tape and stick it on the barrel under each mount. and it should work much better. Actually this works for scope creep on springers too give it a try
