To the OP, take a look on the EE at the amount of Vortex scopes people are trying to get out from under. That should be a good indicator.

Like everyone else says, junk and junk 2.0.

I imagine it is probably similar to the Bushnell Banner and Banner II. Just a "revised" version of the original. Personally I couldn't tell a difference, maybe slightly better light clarity if that.
