Crossman .177 cal

model CVW1K77NP ..took it all apart very simple to do ..cleaned it and oiled it ..[1] i crank the barrel and insert the pellet .[2] close the barrel and press the trigger .[3] the pellet does not move at all ..i presume that the piston is not going straight down the barrel .i polished the piston and it made no difference . the O rings and piston rings are not torn ..any suggestions will be appreciated ..

ok monday i will contact GRAVEL and order a new piston seal and breech O ring ..

installed new piston seal and breech O ring ...made no difference ..if i dry fire it it works ok [no pellet in chamber] as soon as i load a pellet into the chamber and press the trigger the piston goes down but it hesitates on the down stroke ...strange sometimes it works ok ..

Avoid dry firing piston pellet guns.

Check to see that there are no obstructions in the bareel, like multiple pellets.

bt9m22-00-5 gas spring is dead ..$54.57 for a new one + shipping ...not going to happen ...i installed an old spring that i had left over from my SLAVIA 630 with a 1" bushing works like a new one ..i now have a modified CROSSMAN SPRINGER ..
