Kind of not material, as getting one here becomes expensive.

They get good write-ups from folks using them for target shooting. Have you been on the ASSRA forum? IIRC the search function will work for unregistered users.

I expect that a reasonably talented metalworker could make one along the same lines, if he or she were to start with a decent barrel.

They work great. The first couple of times installing them into the barrel can take a little time..
You have to be fairly precise with the set up so that the hammer can hit the rim of the 22 shell.
