Crow Hunting

Absolutely. It is still hunting.
First crow, maybe 2 are easy. Its there after that you begin to comprehend their intelligence.
Hunting licence is a given though, it is hunting. Small game licence, but caliber is only limited to your WMU. Where you are, any gun smaller than a .275 or a bow, but bow is pretty darn hard.
You live 20 minutes from me, if you have time I have a Foxpro and land.

that's what I figured, but I'm never sure if it's listed in the regs or not

I shoot crows almost year round.

They're pretty smart but they have 2 major flaws. They are Curious and they are Greedy. You have to use that to your advantage.

As far as eating them, nope, not for me. I don't eat what I kill, I kill what bothers my beef and chickens or eats their food.

I know a fella who thought he would shoot one and hang it on a limb of a tree to make an example to a mild crow population he was having problems with...... they seemingly began to mourn the fallen friend and invited many more to join in the conjugation. He ended up with a crow problem 4x the original amount attending to the "funeral" of the dead one. I am not sure if they were there to figure out how to eat it or if they were actually mournful.... either way it was an interesting tale
