Crown Land in Southern Ontario?

One thing I can recommend in regards to hunting 'public land'...always always always wear your blaze orange. Hell...after doing a bit of turkey hunting in the Simcoe County Forest last year, I was considering putting on my blaze for turkey season too...

Ohh I felt pretty embarrassed. I mean it was only a .22 but wife freaked out. I didn't know what else to do but leave. I know I was doing nothing wrong and that family was walking around in the forest where we were allowed to hunt but I just didn't feel right. What a waste of $50.

sorry dude, guess i shouldnt have brought u there. i did shoot a couple squirrels in the fall, and i saw a buck, so there is living stuff there.
