It is and it sucks. I really don't want to think that, but seeing blatant attempts to just churn out something half baked at a stupid price is such a predatory business tactic.
If these things didn't look half assed under the hood and really were thought out like the fightlite, I would be buying one myself. But it's just so disappointing to see people be okay with being essentially treated as paying prototype testers. We don't deserve such garbage at this price point. Hell if it was $1000, I wouldn't say a damn thing because cheap ARs are a thing of the past here and it is at least priced competitively with the new Turkish semis.
Its one thing to cheer on a company throwing a one finger salute to the man, but not after they try to jam it in the community's eye.
I really wish ATRS was able to sell the MS still or had another semi auto cooking up, as just the name alone you know you're getting your money's worth.
In the 70s, 80s and 90s gun magazines had pictures of tacticool scary guns. Liberals used these to litterally circle the ones they hated the most with a marker, and then prohibited them by name. No internet, no forums, none of that.

If this flies under the radar long enough crusader will likey release a gen 2 with a lower that has buffer tube and ar adaptable parts. It's not possible. The recoil spring is inside the stock at a significant angle, and it does not use a standard bolt carrier. It has a rat-tail carrier like a benelli shotgun or an FAL, but more importantly like a fightlite/ares SCR. There is no traditional buffer assembly.
