Crusader Backland Hunter Elite 5.56 Nato/.223REM - IN STOCK NOW

Looks like you can’t reach the mag release without taking your hand completely off the grip. Maybe put in an ambi release and use your other hand I guess

This could be a viable platform if they fixed the three main issues with the Gen 1 version. Per my knowledge those three being the movement of the D shaped pin, updating the bolt and rectifying the issue with the spring. My knowledge on the issues is very limited as I do not own the Gen 1 Backland Hunter but is based on what I've read on various different forums and a number of YouTube videos. Hopefully someone will post a video after running a number of rounds though this Elite version.

Have not heard a lot of positive things about the magazines they included but perhaps those have improved? Remains to be seen.

Thats why you have a file and do the magwell mod so it will use STANAG mags. Very simple to do.

Came across the following online when doing some research on this new Elite version. Says the following:

New Feature:
- An adjustable length of pull Pistol Grip Stock w/ cheek riser
- Ambi Mag release
- Stronger Buffer/Spring
- One Piece Titanium Nitride Carrier
- Captured trigger pin
- Refined magwell for fitment.

Thoughts?

Do they use a rear CH? Looks kinda like it in the picture but not quite sure.
Any idea what the panel behind the shell deflector is for? Or just the way it’s designed

Didn't know there were double tipped bullets!!!

It's basically a Benelli R1 chambered in .223 wylde with AR mags. This having a collapsible M4 style stock and pistol grip. Reviews are, not particularly great, but it is a legal semi auto rifle that's not an SKS
link says comes with proprietary mags?

you should be embarrassed to admit that. Open the image and take a closer look at literally any detail in it.
I’ve got plenty to be embarrassed about — like enjoying the K-pop Demon Hunters soundtrack and finding Daniel Smith slightly attractive.

My failing eyesight and liking a product picture on my iPhone barely registers by comparison.

Now I’m wondering what a TI pic of Daniel Smith would look like. 🤔

A lot of these rifles would be way better off with an AK-style magazine release.
(The Henry Supreme is a good example of how to do it.)
