I noticed that last night. Even the very high-end expensive BCG's are gone! I managed to grab a Shield Rifleworks SR556 MwMATCH-Mod2 18.6" AR15 Barrel from RDSC last night before they sold out.

Lucky man, i ended up going sgw one. Lockhart has BCGs still.

Two allen key screws tighten it. If it’s still loose get washer and put between hand guard where screws are. Take a screw and go to hardware store.

I bought a Bravo Company parts kit and have got everything installed but the bolt release roll pin. I can't get that pin inserted no matter what I try. I'm thinking of drilling a very slight amount of material of the hole to try to get it started. Anybody else have this problem?

Instead of altering the $500 receiver, why not alter the roll pin? Grab it in a drill chuck and spin it against a fine file or abrasive to reduce its diameter, maybe generate a bit of a taper to get it started.

Good idea, I will have to try that! I'd rather not do any modifications to the receiver if I can help it.

Sometimes just a bit of a pinch of the roll pin will do the trick. Def don't drill the rifle.

40in/lbs is standard. I just go by feel make it snug. Use blue locktite

Im going with the V7 Weapon systems extreme environment gas tube, rifle length and the V7 weapon systems titanium gas block, set screw, black ion bond 0.750.

I assumed thats what he meant aha! I dont think my little Torque screwdriver could even do 40ft/lbs.

How hot does a barrel nut get? Loctite 242 is only rated to 149*C.

Blue loctite for handguard screws not barrel nut. Barrel nut used anti seize silver grade.
