I was looking at a csa vz ar 15 magwell kit but all I read is how its really a pos , I was wondering if the b&t one is good and were could I find one for the 223?

My experience with the CSA adapter is that it works perfectly. The only thing I don't much care for is that it is made of plastic.

I like mine too!! 10 round pistol mags, AR mag release and mags drop free what's not to like.

I think you would be better off with a CSA one.

What is better about the csa one? And did they change something in it since all the reported last round hold open trouble? I was thinking b&t since it's in aluminium but I can't seem to find it anywhere in 223.

Also curious if anyone had any troubles with their B&T adapter. The only complaint I have heard is that it is too bulky, but these people must not have seen one in person, cause they look great and seeing as my CZ is a bit of a truck gun, I'm glad that it's not cheap plastic.

I guess you would not know were to find one?

The B&T magwell adapter was made only for the 7.62x39. Wolverine supplies sells them and also does machining to have it fit, but it does not feature a bolt hold open on the last round.

A few people have had luck using CSA's .223 magwell on 7.62x39, but it was designed for the .223. Apparently the adapters have variances as well as different generations of CSA rifles.

+1 - B&T is for 7.62X39 and requires a litle machining to fit. Don't think B&T are making a .223 version. I got mine (B&T 7.62) from Wolverine and had a local smith install for me.
