I love the gun, but I was having trouble firing it comfortably due to the tiny foregrip, and if I gripped it by the mag, it would occasionally cause misfeeds.
As a result, I was going to have a piece of rail welded onto the bottom of the bayo lug, but before I got around to getting that done, I was told that any rimfire to picatinny scope mount adapter would fit on the bayo lug. I bought a cheapie UTG adapter at amazon.ca to try it.
Turns out it does work, but you have to grind the little humps at the front of the bayo lug flat (I
really don't like to bubba stuff, but as there's no room to mount a bayo anyway, I figured 'what the hell'...) and do a bit of dremel work on the adapter to make it fit. It does work, and its held up great so far, but the adapter's not of the best quality.
I've got a better-quality adapter on order from the US, now that I've proven the concept works... the one I made is solid, but I want to see if the cantilever one I've ordered fits the gun without requiring so much fitting.
The first pic was taken before I had removed enough metal from the inside of the adapter - note it doesn't properly grip the edge of the bayo lug. I later fixed that.
