There is so much bull#### surrounding this subject it just blows my mind. It continues to get worse and worse every single year. Its like people make this @#$% up at they go along. Couple things to note guys, there is no such thing as 5.56 reloading dies. Just .223 Rem. Can you run a 5.56 case in a .223 Rem die set? Ya you can because they're the same @#$%ing thing. Will a .223 chambered rifle withstand the pressure of a 5.56? Let me put it this way, The pressure that the action of a modern .223 rifle can handle far exceeds what the case itself can handle. If you're still in doubt, then only shoot what the gun is marked for and listen to what the manufacture says.
