They're made by CSA, not NEA. If they were made by NEA, we would have had them a year ago and versions for both calibers would be available.

And they wouldn't be made out of plastic.

I still think I'll take a stab at making one work in a 7.62 gun.

Wolverine has 10 round 7.62x39 XCR pistol mags in stock... I have seen them... boxes of them....

Can anyone verify how well the 7.62 version feeds? Any jamming issues?

Yes thats a CSA .223 model, my CSA is almost as clean cut as that but not quite, I think they show rather nice individuals on their site for advertisement purposes.

As for 7.62x39 I'm not sure, hopefully someone else can chime in.

I got to play with a 5.56 CSA 7.5" shorty yesterday that had the adapter for a few minutes (thanks Mark). The AR mags seemed to seat well.

We used coupled 10 rnd LAR mags. Non stop extraction issues with MFS 55gr FMJ (steel case), however the MFS 55gr hollow points (laquered steel case) worked much better. The shorty is a flame-thrower
