The new ones don't have any issues. The older ones liked hot ammo. Most of the early ones we looked at here that weren't cycling simply hadn't been lubricated or cleaned. Probably 95% of the repair issues we looked at for any brand were due to the firearms not being lubricated or they were just extremely dirty.

Wow, this is an old thread... I just bought a new compact .223. Haven't shot it yet, but this thread has me worried. I'll drive out to the range this weekend and give it a try. Wish me luck!
