What exactly was the failure if you dont mind my asking? I imagine the pressures on the piston are much higher with such a short barrel! I want one

All my vz58's are 7.62x39. I personally will never shoot 223 thru one.
It was the very first compact 7.5" in the country and the one the RCMP dicked around with for their classification and in the end I was told from movie arms that the reciever was heat treated properly. The whole rifle was pooched

I was considering buying one this short, because if you're going Restricted, you may as well go all the way right?
