So i picked up a CSA VZ58 in 5.56 non-restricted and fell in love with it. Not a day latter i had the clip that holds the trigger pin fall out, i took it to the range and was extra carfule not to lose it wile running 180 rounds through it. I contacted North Sylva about getting a new one, I ordered 3 just to be safe. A week later they came in the mail SWEET ok lets try this again i go to the range today, load a mag, lock it in, rack the bolt and click... FTF WTF? Ok pop off the mag open the bolt look at the round hmm no marks or maybe it just had a one of thing I try again same thing ok now im pissed, I brake down the bolt and check the firing pin its no longer rounded at the tip, OH GREAT, I take the striker and push it the back and find that about 1/8" of the pin broke off. I still love this gun its just hating me ill be contacting NS tomorrow to see about warranty.

Seems a few of us have had firing pins break on our CSA's. Its been the only major hiccup in the 2000rds through my 5.56. Hopefully your luck improves! As a side note, try to ensure you get a 5.56 specific firing pin, when wolverine warrantied my firing pin, I was sent a 7.62 firing pin. They offered to try and track down a proper pin, but I just had a 'smith turn it down to fit. Cost me $25
