Donation Sent...GRRRR
We should also individually file a complaint against the head of the RCMP firearms lab. https://www.crcc-ccetp.gc.ca/
I received my weekly newsletter from Wolverine today and I was actually surprised to see it was all about sales. There was no mention of the 10/22 issue and pointed attention to the CSSA to get on board.
Many people on their newsletter are probably not in the know and would be ideal for them to be informed.
Just a thought.
Just donated $50. I don't own a 10/22 yet but might go buy one and a few 25 rounders this weekend.

As I am preparing my letter to my MP, it dawned on me to maybe mention how eager some of their constituents are to donate money to a legal fund to sue the Feds. Seeing as we continue to get pestered with requests from them to donate to their cause, figured mentioning this might get their attention as well.
Also and this is just a suggestion/idea, this lawsuit is probably going to take a while and funding will be an ongoing issue. Fundraisers come to mind. Not everyone is able to donate cash however they may have either time or items they are willing to part with. The Exchange is packed full of firearms for sale. Though CGN has a large following, I am sure there are millions of potential buyers who won't actually see the add.
Would it be feasible, with some assistance from some of our Corporate members here, to set up an auction either in Canada or perhaps the USA where these firearms can be sold with a percentage going to the legal fund? I mention the USA for several reasons. The exchange rate is in our favour, there's a huge market down there and it will certainly assist in getting the message out to what is happening here in Canada in terms of the lawsuit. We might just get some 'sympathy' funding from our neighbours.
I realise the logistics of getting the firearms to the USA is complicated however I am sure there are Corporate members here with experience in this area who are willing to donate some of their time to make this happen.
For example, if 25% of the sale price is donated to the legal fund, there's potential for a rather large sum of money to support this cause. Heck, I'd through in a few rifles just because!!
Just throwing this out there for discussion and this may need to be moved to a separate thread. All comments welcome of course however preference given to those with a more positive spin preferred![]()
