after reading the reviews and description for it and the 'Mastercraft' bench, i think that the 'Mastercraft' bench #57-0085-4 would be a better deal when/if it goes on sale. It seems more sturdier/stronger than the one your talking about.
I use this type of bench from CT: Heavy-Duty Workstation Product #55-6820-2... This bench is actually use to mount circular, radial saw or any type of tool that needs a bench.... very sturdy. Regular price is $44.99, but I bought it for $19.99 when it was on sale.

I have one masercraft and two Jobmates. The Mastercraft is sturdier because of the extra metal supporting the drawers under the bench, otherwise the main difference seems to be the colour of the paint.
If you want a cheap bench to get started then this is decent enough. I bought a sheet of spruce plywood for the top and used the leftover ply to reinforce the underside of the bench.
BTW I picked up a nice 4" vice for $21 from CT this morning, also in the sale.
FWIW I just built a reloading bench today from the plans on the link below. It took a full afternoon and some power tools. Nice and sturdy, I was pleased with the results.
