There's lot's of Asian clones of the CTR. MagPul has gone after and shut as many of them down as they can, but they're still out there.

I've seen them sell for $50 or so.

Magpul has even started an airsoft division to provide genuine stuff into that market. Maybe a route for stuff into Canada.

yup, the Asian Stocks - ummm, that is where they ALL come from anyway- are the same quality for a lower price.
knock-off?? they are all the same. Look at the Questar / RRA / Ace, etc. adjustable stock. All exactly the same except for a little stamp. Anyone say anything about Questar going to china and getting a knock-off???

Questar's arent knock off as there is no patent on the 6 pos coll stock, or its patent has expired so SE Asia and isreal can have a run, but quality is the use here.

No Magpul Firearm product's are interchangable with any airsoft products. Magpul is based out of the States. Magpul PTS (Personal Traning Systems) is based out of Hong Kong. Don't waste your money on the airsoft stuff!

It does. But the price of a 'Airsoft' CTR is more than a normal one. So why bother.
There are quite a few 'airsoft' stocks that work quite well on a mil-spec tube....for half the price.
Again....all of it is made in China.
