Curious about .303 cartridges origin

Have some with just a "K" stamped on head and "62". The "62" is 1962, obviously. Anyone one know what company and country used the "K" as identification? Curiosity killed the cat. Thanks.

Perhaps Kynoch, from England? Have you tried a Google search for .303 headstamps?

Yes Kynoch of England made in 1962. IIRC that style of hs was used on non British contract ammo.
