Curious .... do you load SKS stripper clips with left or right hand ?

Either hand works for me. I found myself loading both ways yesterday out on the range. It sometimes depends on how stiff the spring part of the clip is. If it doesn't work with one hand I'll switch. I am right handed. Trouble is once loaded the bullets come out of the business end pretty fast and the whole process needs repeating

Side note:
What kind of sight setup do you have on that SKS? Looks like some kind of inner ring on the front, and I couldn't figure out at all what you've got going on with the rear sight.
Front sight is a ring with a cross hair. For rapid fire I use the ring to centre the target. For more careful aiming, I use the cross hair.
The rear sight is made from an enfield L sight. Cut a slot in the cover and brazed it in placed. Zeroed with the front sight. A very solid and reliable set up. The bolt through the receiver cover keeps is solid.
I like a rear peep because it is so fast to use and gives a max sight radius.

Right hand and I'm right handed. It feels more natural to me to keep the left hand on the center of the rifle for a better hgrip and better muzzle control. It's too front heavy and awkward to use my left hand.
I find myself in the same boat. Anything I have that takes clips is to long and the bolt/charging handle to grip movement is much more intuitive and quicker being much shorter movements.

That doesn't apply to firearms that stripper clip load. It works on the scattergun because you can very quickly engage an emerging threat when your hand remains on the pistol grip/stock and rounds are being loaded individually. A stripper clip loaded firearm is out of the fight until all the rounds are in the rifle or until you for whatever reason pull the clip out mid load. Also you have your support hand offering better resistance and stability to the stock near where the rounds are being forced in.
Left. My range has sandbags so I can keep the rifle in position and load them quick. Even rings true if I'm standing. Same with the VZ58, rifle shouldered and the mags changed with the Left. Unless I was shouldering on my Left, the Right would be the loading hand.
Don't think there's a right or wrong here, it's what you are comfortable with.
