Happy to see you're intoducing some new folk to gun sports!

I think the first gun is a Remington model 10 or 10-A with some custom sights added for using a slug gun.

Well so far, you got the Baikal SXS.
With all the fancy domestics, and imports we had out that day, she liked the Baikal 12 Gauge SXS.

Sooo, the first gunnis not a 37?
Hookay, maybe either a BPS or an old ( looks like it) Model 10 Remington?
The other is likely a Benneli, hard to see with the cloaking paint!
Cat

Hey, strange how things go sometimes, but I see this morning someone just put a Rem Model 10 up for sale in the shotgun exchange.

Anyhow I'll take a stab at the camo gun in pic 4....Rem 870?

Let me see if I can identify the guns correctly ... since this is a photo op of course ....

The first gun is shouldering his gun incorrectly, finger out of the trigger guard ... execellent, wearing eye protection but no ear protection.

The second gun is holding hers correctly, finger on the trigger, NO eye protection, ears ... probably not.

The third gun is holding his gun wrong with his weak hand, finger on the trigger, eyes and ears on. :D

I'm sure it was a fun day for all, but what examples have you portrayed with this photo op to the rest of us with these new enthusiasts?

Granted, you done good introducing these new people to such a fun day and I commend you for that, I just thought my above comments needed to be said before the next time someone loses an eye and doesn't hear so good the day after.

Fire away ... I have my flame suit on. :D No offence of course, just a few caring thoughts about your fun day in the field.

Take it EASY!
The first guy hasn't shouldered his gun at all, he's waiting to see if the other two miss. He's defiantly shot before, safety first, finger does not belong on trigger unless ready to fire. good form.
The girl unfortunately is not shouldered correctly at all, and will never hit a bird until that changes. Fairly heavy jacket, but will be bruised when she's done. That gun kicks like a mule.
Front guy, everything looks good, probably hit what he was aiming at.

An outlaw for a new shooter..... She looks quite happy with what she has.
