They DO ship to Canada and their price is below the magical $ 100 mark. AND they have them in stock.
I was directed to their shop by the Boyd Brothers' Stock factory staff by phone while I was trying to buy an M1 Garand Stock set. Seems the factory was back ordered (they needed to crank out more of the stocks) so I got the DM Firearms phone number and they were willing to support us Kanuckistani gun owners.
Personally, I like the fatter (more for competition) walnut stocks since they remind me of my NRA High Power Competition days (20 years ago) when I shot with a Mcmillan fat bastard kevlar stock (heavy and FAT
).
Hope this will help your search for a FINE looking and feeling walnut stock.
Now... I dunno if you gotta tweak the stock liner inlet area, but be warned that said liner from the Chu Wood stock might have need to rasp out the Boyd stock area. I do know that the Norc buttplate will drop right in, since several CGNutters with M14's bought pepper and coffee laminated Boyd stocks in the past.
Peace B 2 Journey!
