Current Export Update

July 14 order and received my tracking last night (went to junk). While I am pleased that it is finally en route, it has been a less than fun time waiting in the dark. I feel for those with older orders than mine that remain unfulfilled.

Thankfully I was able to follow this thread and extrapolate some sense of when I might receive my shipment although frankly, it was always guess work at best. I can't imagine what it must be like for customers who are not members of this forum particularly since emails seem to fall through the cracks and phone calls go straight to VM that is full. While IRG offers a great service to Canadians, and I understand that much of this delay was caused by US export issues beyond their control, I believe they need to take a step back and examine their capacity to effectively communicate with customers and perhaps make some changes. Just my $0.02.

All that said, thanks IRG for bringing me toys that were otherwise not available. It was ultimately worth the wait, just wish the wait was more informed.
