Look forward to seeing how it turns out. What do you have in mind for glass/optics on it?
Likely to rob a Vx5 Leupold off one of my other rifles, either a 2-10x42 or 3-15x44

Dad bought a new Schultz in .308NM as well.
I do sport it around out in the bush when I hear it moan'in in the lawker.
Poor thing beat awll tuh chit.
Sold my 7saum to a friend, really liked the stock so decided to go same colors on this one. Turned out more yellow than the first one. I grew up a die hard Pittsburgh Penguins fan, the colors have stuck with me. I like it

Moving to Wells in the BC central interior,

M a n y years ago, apparently during an interview, 'The Rocket' made a statement to the interviewer that stuck with me. I believe the interview was dealing with a proposal for expansion of the league. "Ders only two teams in hockey mon amis. Montreal an all dem udder guys".

That should be a nice rig, lefty to boot I love it.
This is barely relevant, but a .308 Norma can rebore to .338 win mag after you shoot the throat out.
That stock is striking, I like it. How do you like the feel of the MRC action?

That is a great looking rig and inspiring for all of us fellow lefty's ! Looking forward to seeing it in action. I have thought about a 308 Norma as well, it really is a great cartridge design (along with the 358 Norma) that should have been more popular.
Shoots good. I have about 70 rounds down it, mainly blowing off some random bullets from my shelf to form the brass to the chamber. This morning I shot the 180gr Winchester Power Point and six different powders, average group was 0.7moa from 100y to 357y
Have the 212gr Hornady ELDx to 2830 fps with RL26. Will probably hunt with a combo of that bullet and the 180gr Swift A-Frame for this fall
