We are planning on offering complete custom lowers, with optional magpul furniture. Also, we plan on offering our standard (non-customized) lowers in the stripped and complete form in the near future.

We are currently experiencing delays with our anodizer. It's looking like 1-2 weeks at this point.

We're in the process of slightly updating our website. The newer site will add standard (non-customized) lower receivers, A3/A4 upper receivers, and a customer example gallery. It should be up in the next few days

When was your email sent? We try our best to answer inquiries within 1 business day. With increased orders we have become a quite busy, however, we still try to maintain good communication.
 
You ignored several of my e mails and you are not "maintaining good communication" And if this is doing "your best", then your best is too feeble an effort for me.

I am not interested anymore. There are lots of firms selling AR parts and at least they care enough about me as a customer to answer my e mails.

It is quite telling that it took your three days to respond to my posting on this thread.

I had the oposite experince with prompt replies and a template within two days. Delivery was as promised when promised and I was kept informed through the whole process. They called the CFO office daily until I recievd my transfered and always kept me up to date even though I never asked them to.

Communication was top notch and service was abouve and beyond!

I am in fact just waiting for my upper to post pics of my latest project with thanks to all those involved.

They are busy, but always found the time for me no matter what!!!

Communication is a two way street ;)
