Custom Barrels

Who in Canada knows a good source to get a barrel done? Preferbly closer in Ontario to be exact.
Future project Remington 700. Looking for 26" Heavy, crowned, and possibly fluted for a .308WIN.
Looking at my sources so i can plan and save up.
Could you help a Gun Nutter out?

cant go wrong with ted gaillard out of saskatchewan he makes excellent barrels i have 5 of them and they are all shooters.and canadian made to boot.

I think you are going to have to look out west. Mystic player get Shilen barrels and is great to deal with. I have heard nothing but good things about gaillard barrels.

If you find something in ontario let me know by pm. Please.

Yup, I've gotten a Shilen from Mystic and a Gaillard and both are A1....I also like Badger barrels, if you can get them.

Chris all the barrels mentioned would be great for .308win I might mention that if you intend to shoot F class to 1000 I personly think 26" is to short you will lack speed at 1000y think a longer barrel would work better. I had a gun made up by Ian Robertson with a Tru Flyte Barrel that shoots better than I can.
