Custom Brass

does anyone know of a company who produces custom order pistol brass? in my case im looking to acquire a large volume of 9mm Browning Long brass (and i know i can trim 38 super, just lazy haha)

Starline Brass in the USA. You'll have to order a lot if it's custom though. It could be something they already offer.

unfortunately they dont make it already, and in order for me to have a batch made, it would have to be 5000+ cases

I think Starline's minimum order for a custom run is a million! And I ain't kidding....

I believe it. Think of the tooling costs required to make a batch of custom brass. Even custom headstamp is stupidly expensive last time I read about it.
