Hey just wanted to share a build. All work done by RMR in Dawson creek. Great guys to deal with! I had it put together as an all around rig. It's light enough to go to the mountains
Defiance sheep hunter action
Lilja # 2, 25"
McMillan hunter edge
Timney trigger
Vx 6 2-12-42 CDS ZL
Just shy of 8 lb
Money? Don't ask:(

beauty rig! almost exactly what I want do do

scope just squeaks into those talleys too, does the scope position work for you, or considering a rail in the future?

just curious what the wait time was for corlanes to complete your work?

please do post how she shoots

Thanks for the comments. The gun shoots good. Im getting 3160 fps with federal premium 180 trophy copper. These group tight to. I had a hard time believing that velocity, but the gunsmith who built the rifle confirmed it. I really wanted to run this VX6 scope in talleys so I'm happy it fit good.
Corlanes is a busy shop so you're looking at maybe 8 months or so . Confirm with them though. One thing I did to speed things up was source the Mcm Edge( they are a long wait if you order direct).
This was after my barrel brake in. Last two rounds I had that day. I had a different scope on it then and I've since cerekoted in TI

with scope mounted only weight no more than 8 LB?!. Awesome mountain and back country rig man. I will also use a shooting stick as a rest...

Nice setup. I broke an edge on my 300 win mag shooting 200gr partitions. I don't trust them on 300 mags anymore but I hope yours works out no problem. Sure shoots good!

That rifle looks the part, and has a nice build sheet to go with including a very nice scope! Congrats RG79, that would be worth 1/4 of all my stuff or more.......lol. I'm a little envious of that one.:HFU:
