Custom case manufacturers

Hopefully this is in the right area...

After searching and coming up with nothing, is there any companies on here that make custom cut cases for handguns? Have a sweet new toy I want to keep sweet. I’d post a pic for drool purposes but that’s far too much work to set up an account

Local ish to the Ottawa area would be ideal

What do you mean by custom? Are you talking like fine wood presentation box? Or waterproof tactical-ish case with custom foam?

I also recommend Nanuk. The foam is surprisingly easy to cut yourself. I don't like the pick & pluck but I do like the solid foam. Outline the pistol with a sharpie on the back side and use an electric bread knife to cut it out.

As far as wood presentation boxes you'd likely have to source something like that from the US, it's not gonna be a common request in Canada. If you've got Mennonites locally I've had good custom work done for great prices from them.
 
Custom cut foam in plastic lockable case. And I’d rather not do pick and pluck or bread knife it.
I’d use the case that came with the STI but it doesn’t meet the requirements :(

If it's just the joam you want, find a local shop with a CNC knife or router and take them a piece of foam you want to use . Give them an accuarte dxf cad drawing of everything you want to fit in and a layout of the items on the foam and they'll cut it for you.
Likely cost you a couple hundred bucks because it's a one off tho.
