copper, with a misting of burnt bronze to give the tarnished look.

It is quite durable. I use this gun to compete in ODPL and 3 gun so it gets holstered and unholstered a lot and shows a bit of wear from that like any gun would. I would venture that if you rarely used a holster, it would look 100% for a very long time.
 
This new thread caught me off guard, so here's my STI trojan with Burnt Bronze lower and untouched slide. I ran out of my black on another project but the STI factory finish isn't bad. More to come. Gotta love the Cerakote !

That looks sweet! Are you a "factory certified cerekote applicator"?
