Custom coyote calls

Got my strictly Buisness set today! Can't wait to try them out! They sound great and take so much less air then my other calls!!

Now that I have blown a few calls and taken them on a couple of hunts I have an idea of what I want.... I am anxious for Kerry's site to be back active.... I am also still interested in purchasing one of those horn howlers....

I plan on having a "tackle box" type setup and getting proficient with all of my calls.... I think it will make me a better and "more natural" yote hunter and in turn more successful....

Ordered this one today. I'll post more pics once I have it.

Here is the call I got from Kerry the other day:

Here are my three open reed distresses. The left and right ones are from Kerry and the middle is from Brad. Brad's calls are also awesome, the toneboard is made out of antler (warthog ivory is also an option).

Looks like a call from Brad Gainey. With ivory toneboard and bead? Beautiful call (you could buy 7 of Kerry's calls for the price though!). I have a basic "field grade" call from Brad, I like it quite a bit.

You're right Cam, I ordered it from Brad. The one I ordered has a ivory bead, antler toneboard and Amboyna barrel. He refers to these calls as "Top Shelf with Ivory" but they are half the price of a full hippo ivory call.

I emailed Kerry today regarding the site... not so much about wanting calls (although I do) but more out of concern for his death in the family and to see how he is doing.... no response but if I hear I will keep you guys posted....

Very nice calls Belero... The use of ivory explains the price difference for sure!...

Ya, hopefully everything is alright. He sounded like a great guy via email.

New message posted there this morning. Looks like he is having a real rough time, 1st the death now this. I wish him well . The bit of conversation I had with him he seems like a super guy and his calls are second to none.Very pleased with what I purchased so far and will be buying more for sure

I spoke with kerry this morning via email... He seems in good spirits and has a very positive outlook on things... If anyone would like to send their wishes and prayers I am sure he would appreciate it...

Nice looking call there bell. How thick is the mylar on the reed? It looks thin.

I don't know but it's indeed very thin. Very easy to use and make raspy sounds nonetheless. I'll just have to be careful not to bend it when walking to a set with all my stuff on me.
