Custom Grips - Canadian Artists?

I'm looking for a new set of grips for my Kimber, specifically a smooth set in African Blackwood. I've found a few US shops that can provide what I want but was wondering if anyone can recommend a 'Made in Canada' source of 1911 grips.

What did you have in mind, Mike?

Fairly plain, a standard set in African blackwood, with smooth finish (no checkering) and stainless steel screws.

I used to work in a guitar/stringed instrument repair shop when I was a teenager. The guys who worked there were genius with exotic woods. I'm sure if you called around to few places you could find someone who would make some cool grips for you.

I spoke to Quentin at Dixon Grips - He's going to make what I need. I like that he's a Canadian artist. I'll post some pics when I get them.
